all orders are shipped via USPS from New York. we are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed shipments. we are a small team, please allow 2 weeks for processing + shipping orders. future kitsch accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. return shipping costs must be paid for by the buyer and original shipping costs will not be refunded. must be returned unworn and intact.
